At A Spirit Freed, I offer a variety of services to help you along your personal discovery and healing journey.  Along with each service listed below are two links—one to take you to a page for more information about that service and one linked to the contact page where you can send me a message to schedule a free phone consultation prior to making an appointment.

I believe this healing journey is so important to every person who is willing to open their hearts and minds to personal growth that I do not charge set fees for my sessions.  Most certified hypnotherapists charge anywhere from $70-$120 or more per hour for their services, however I believe that everyone, regardless of their income, should have the opportunity to release whatever may be holding them back from fulfilling their full potential.  Therefore, in lieu of a set fee, there is an option to make a donation towards the time and care that I put into your session if you so choose.   All donations are greatly appreciated and go towards supporting my work, however these donations are not tax deductible.  I do charge a non-refundable $5.00 per service booking fee to cover administrative costs.

If you decide you would like to make a session appointment, we will settle on a date and time together, and then I will send you a link to the Book A Session page (this page is not available directly from the website) where you can select your session type and leave a donation if you choose.  You will then be directed to the Prepare for Your Session page which will have all the information and tips you will need to ensure your session is relaxing, productive, and fun!
